All orders are shipped via DHL ground to the continental U.S. only. The free shipping offer excludes the following items: seats, scales, scale fixtures, turn plates, roll bar padding, trailer cabinets & shelves, fire systems, brake fluid, oils & chemicals and all other special order, over-sized, and hazardous material items. Shipping charges for these items will be calculated through our DHL shipping software, based on size, weight, and destination. International shipping is available to most North American and Latin American Countries upon request. Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and International must be shipped by air, due to ground service being unavailable to these areas. DHL only delivers to street addresses; therefore, no P.O. Box address will be accepted. In residential delivery, DHL does not require a signature; if you require a signature, please indicate that when ordering your merchandise.

You may return any normally stocked items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. If your item doesn't fit right, you may exchange any item for size only, within 21 days of delivery. All items must be returned in NEW / un-used condition, and in their original packaging. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed to any item returned in non-new condition. The 25% restocking fee will also apply to orders returned that are not defective or shipped in error. All shipping charges are NON-refundable, except, we will pay return shipping on any items shipped in our error.
